Which items are eligible for returns:
- Item is still in its original packaging
- Item is complete with its accessories (and freebies if applicable)
- Item is still unused
- Tags and labels are complete and undamaged
Return and refund/replacement claim is only approved if:
- The item delivered to you is visibly damaged such as scratches on paint, broken pieces, etc.
- The item is defective or not working properly. Example: bike lights doesn’t power on.
- The item you received is not the item you purchased. Example: wrong color, different item, wrong size, etc.
- The package delivered to you is incomplete such as missing parts, accessories, etc. as stated in the product page.
All of the above criteria should be met should you wish to return an item/s. You have within 7 days of receipt of item to report your case by emailing email@example.com.
Please attach in your email the delivery receipt, photos of the item to be returned, and the reasons you want the item returned. Then ship back the item to us. The return shipping address will be sent to you via email once you’ve sent the report.
Please send us back the item within 7 days upon receiving the return shipping address via email.
Upon receipt of your returned item, it will take up to 5 working days to process the quality of the item you returned.
Upon completion of the quality check, you will hear back from us either by phone, sms, or email.
Once your return claim has been approved, we shall refund you within 5 banking days by depositing to your account.
